The Sorribes journey has come to an end.

Hello everyone,
I regret to inform you that I don’t have good new about Sorribes.
I don’t really have bad new either, it’s just NOTHING happened.
My product is all gone, and I don’t think it’s worth ordering anything else.
I truly wish you all the best in your ear “correcting.”
Please know that your ears don’t define you as a person.
Someday I may get the surgery done, but for now, this chapter is closing.
I’m sorry I left some of you “hanging.”
It wasn’t my intention to quit without saying anything, and I will start that messageboard ASAP!
I really will. I think it’s good for support.
For now I’m going to leave the blog open so you can chat amoungst yourselves.
Thanks for supporting me.
Cheers!
Megan

Hi Megan, I tried the Sorribes Method and I realized that it doesn’t work, I waste $600 in the method. Last week I got my othoplasty and it’s the best decision of my life, It cost me $1300 and the doctor made a wondeful job!!! I only missed 3 days of my work and nobody notice my surgery. I recommend everybody to try the surgery, it doesn’t hurt at all and you can return to your normal life after 5 days of rest.

Where at for $1,300? It seems like the lowest price you can find in the US is 6,000.

I stopped using it a long time ago because I just had a feeling that it would not work. Also, wearing the strips all day made my ears look weird because the cartilage would stick out a lot. Luis how did you get an otoplasty for that cheap!? And did you get local anesthesia?

Hi Chris I’m from Costa Rica, in my country the plastic surgery it’s cheaper than Europe and USA. I got local anesthesia and it doesn’t hurt at all.

I also used up the whole kit and saw no results. I’m a 28 year old male. I think the only solution is otoplasty for adults

  5. Hi Megan , I have been using sorribes methot for two months and I have noticed a slight change in one of my ears. I thnik I’ll keep triying a little more. Furthemore I would like to let you know that in Spain have a correct method much more comfortable. Perhaps it is not permanent but is cheap and can be used normally. A box of 6 prosthesis (3 couples) cost around 15 euros each and can last up to one month. This is its website:
    http://www.disras.com/
I have tried them and I think it can be a temporary solution until you find the final one.

Thank you for your help and good luck with everything!

Hello, I just found this website. I still haven´t viewed all videos/articles, but I just wanted to tell you that I don’t see why you are worried about your ears. Seriously, you are a precious girl, you don’t need any Sorribes method or surgery. Believe me, your ears are beautiful. Regards and thanks for share your experience.

I’m getting an otoplasty with local anesthesia this week 🙂 I live in Los Angeles and I’m getting it for $2800.

    I sure will !

Btw I agree with Sergio. You look pretty how you are now and you don’t need sorribes / otoplasty.. Just saying. If you feel self conscious then i’d say go for it to make yourself feel better, but in my opinion your ears don’t look bad.

I am 2 weeks post-op otoplasty and let me tell you that it is a very easy procedure! Mine was done with local anesthesia and they gave me these two pills so I could fill drowsy. Overall the surgery was painless! You don’t even feel the shots to the ears. It was about a 1 hour and a half procedure and the time flies! I am happy with the results. The only pain is after the surgery, which lasts about 3-4 days, but the painkillers you get prescribed really helps. After the surgery you wear a head dressing for two days and then the Dr. takes it off for you. After, you wear a headband every night for 6 weeks. As of now my ears look just a little bit swollen from the back side(no big deal) … but each day that passes by they just heal until they look normal. Anybody that wants it, go for it!

Hey Chris! I also just went for an incisionless otoplasty. I did it in San Diego, and it was extremely easy. Just had it this morning. I still have head dressing on, but will take it off tomorrow afternoon. It was very simple, all with local anesthesia. I couldn’t feel a thing! I also highly recommend it. Let’s see how the results look when my dressings are off.

rahul, who did your incisionless in SD? My daughter is scheduled for it in LA with Dr. Ruder this month…

Hi G. I did it with Dr. Ritvik Mehta in San Diego. He did an incredible job! It was easier than getting a tooth filled, and I’m very happy with the results
